All costs include a complimentary listing on the website for the duration of the lifetime of the magazine issue advertised in.

Mechanical Data

Artwork must be supplied as a CMYK, press-optimised PDF. Any PDFs with RGB-embedded images are not acceptable as these can cause reproduction problems and output colour cannot be guaranteed. All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines. Documents in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator can also be accepted. Please ensure that you include the relevant high-resolution images and logos together with fonts, including a colour proof of your advertisement, so we can accurately check it. We can also accept QuarkXpress 7 files as collect for output. All digital photographs must be supplied at 300dpi resolution, at the same size or larger than the printed image size. Images 'screen grabbed' or downloaded from a website are of an inferior quality and will not be accepted

Please ensure that you have the right to use any image you include in your advertisement. Chartwell Magazine accepts no responsibility for images supplied.
